7th Reality Games, LLC ("7th Reality Games," "we," "us," or "our") operates 7threalitygames.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. If you sign up for studio updates through the newsletter form on our homepage, we collect the email address you enter. We do not ask for your name or any other personal details to subscribe.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site automatically collects some technical information when you visit:

• Standard web server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request), kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and operational purposes.
• Analytics data through Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to tell us things like which pages are visited, how long people stay, what device and browser they're using, and an approximate location based on IP address (typically city- or region-level, not a precise address).
• A request to Google Fonts' servers to load the typefaces used on the Site, which discloses your IP address to Google in the ordinary course of delivering the font files.

We do not use this automatically collected information to identify you personally, and we do not sell any information we collect.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Send studio updates and news to people who sign up for them;
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
• Keep the Site secure and operating properly.

Who We Share Information With

We don't sell your information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the Site:

• EmailOctopus, which hosts our newsletter signup form and sends the emails you've opted into.
• Google, through Google Analytics (usage data) and Google Fonts (as described above).
• Cloudflare, which hosts the Site itself.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You can unsubscribe from studio updates at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us at the address below. Wherever you're located, you can email us to ask what information we hold about you or to have it deleted, and we'll honor that request.

Changes to This Policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
